I think So You Champion improved heaps from the Cox to the MacKinnon, esp in the way he settled and nodded off.

He has such a high cruising speed that if he settles and gets a good run, who's going to run him down when he presses the go button?

SYT could lead from start to finish and still blow this field away he's the second coming of Jesus.

I don't think Shoot Out could run this horse down in any race. If the MacKinnon was over 2,500 rather than 2,000, I reckon SYT brains them by more than he did.

I just don't see the distance as a problem, relative to who he is racing against.
