Cairns v Perth - Under 164.5

I was leaning over but then thought this will be a tight grinding match.

must admit I'm totally out of kilter (pardon the pun) with totals under the 40 min format this season.

But I guestimated this one would be about 160 or 161. Like the fact that both teams have had a week or so since their last game as well.  

Despite the Taipans' heroics at home I think Perth really should get this one if their minds are on the job and not thinking ahead to friday's game on the Gold Coast, which is huge one given their history this season ect.

The last 13 out of 15 games have gone over in the NBL......

Cairns are were one of the unders....

The amount of fouls called has gone throug the roof...

No doubt the NBL have told the refs to call more fouls, increasing scoring..................................

God bless you Rostos..May I ask why the NBL would want high scoring matches?? Coz we all know that high scoring does not equate to entertainment value...I agree with J.T on the 40min format..it`s got me beat after they changed from 48mins I cannot pick a total to save my life, yet on the NBA it`s a bomb..Two totally different formats make it difficult to cap...Was liking the Under on this one til I realised it`s in the Cats best interest to play an up tempo game..But then again, they play 3 games in 5 days,which has me thinking slow tempo and build..All to friggin hard for mine so going with the home dog in this one that will play a more up tempo game as too appease those that find it more entertaing and work the Cats til the end...

On Cats as well....Perth shot over 60% in the 1st qtr....

Cairns mid 30%......

cant take a trick on this shit amatuer league

5 point margin at the half, i can live with that...Cairns to come homw strong.........Perth shooting 50% still.......That should come down...

I wish ANY Taipans player other than G.Boodnikoff had 3 fouls against their name. Cats could do themselves a favour by keeping him in the game

yeah, perth are shooting quite well tonight but there's something missing

They can keep attempting the 3 pointer.

Perth attempted and missed about 4 of them in the last 2 minutes.

Play like that in the last.

This will be close for the under.
