My thoughts are this line would be too high if last years teams were playing, changes to the line ups make me think the tempo will be even slower.

 

Crawford is out and Paul Rogers is expected to make his first appearance of the season. In Rogers abscence Loughton stepped in and scored 20pts @ 53% and 24pts @ 71%. It seems likely that both will see a fair bit of court time, including at the same time.

 

Souths have gone from playing R Ellis as their big guy, who from memory is 6"2 but plays way taller, to having two big guys in Horvath and Burston. Again, I am thinking more big guys slower tempo.

 

Of some concern is the scoreline in Souths first homegame of the season 116-106 versus the Razorbacks, but the Razorbacks appear to be a much higher scoring team than the Wildcats, plus de Vries went nuts and hit 8 of 15 3s that night.

 

Agreed. I nearly wrote another risk was Heal hitting 10 3s from the carpark
