C'mon mate you know the NBL does work like that. How about one these scenarios;

1) The Half Time score is GC 75 - Cairns 20 whilst the game finishes as Cairns 81 - GC 75. Even better the score finishes as Cairns 78 - GC 72 because one of their one players throws down a 3 pointer for the opposing team.

2) With 17 minutes to go the score is GC 82 - Cairns 70. The score finishes as GC 82 - Cairns 70.

3) With 36 seconds in the game to go GC lead 31 to Cairns 9. What follows is 10 periods of overtime with the final score being GC 43 to Cairns 13.

4) Our prime minister turns up to the game thinking the Western Bulldogs are playing. She has a hissy fit pulls up her skirt and half the GC team die when the colour of her carpet is revealed to be purple.

I remember last year when the Hawks played the Crocs up in Townsville, Tragadh threw an airball from 1 foot away from the basket, and the commentator said , how do you do that", i couldnt stop laughing......

Rostos I just refuse to accept that our basketball players are crap. Even if they are crap what the hell happened last night 2-3 minutes of pure turnovers and missed shots. Maybe they are sharing a bong when the coach pulls them together for the timeout.

Ecoute, when a time out is called, its not cause of what the coach wants to say...........U see, the TAB calls the coach (he has a little ear piece tucked inside his lobe), when the players gather around, the coach simply re-iterates what the TAB is telling him. Thats all what is happening
