I was late and missed much of the board last weekend. Would have loved Marquette. Not sure how that game wound up so close. Still, I never play a true -1.5; always convert that to a manufactured -1, unless the juice is just silly.
Something is wrong at ND. Not sure what it is, but they are unplayable at the moment.
So hard to compare those season average stats at this time of the year without getting very under the hood. Does Harvard really struggle on D? The one game I saw them, the answer was clearly yes (PSU), but they've been pretty decent against non-elite competition otherwise.
I cashed on JHU last weekend (and against them this weekend), but they have issues. They don't face-off particularly well, really struggle to clear, and seem to lose 60% of contested ground balls. They also seem to get away from what works in favor of what doesn't. I don't expect much value in the game at RU; might even lean the Blue Jays' way there, but PSU has a chance to roll them up in a couple of weeks.
Will be looking for Umass at Delaware this weekend, and the over as well.
As a general rule, I don't play anything that's up at plus money unless I'm just taking a dog to win outright. It seems like other plus stuff hits at around a 25% clip.
