really is such a shame but I was actually one of those that sorta never felt like we were in with a chance until about 30 minutes before the announcement and skynews said w'word coming in is that's it's a 2-horse race between Qatar and us aussies but ye very dissapointing not just for us as the public but the growth to the economy for our children and even children's children would have been invaluable but I guess in some strange way, our seclusion from the world also is the reason why Australia is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and always will be!

Hopefully the socceroos will keep up their dominance throughout the century and show FIFA what a talent we are
