G'Day to my local fav's here Down Under and associated close country man (NZer's).  I have something special that is a little hard to explain, but the record is 13-3 from Nov to current date in the NBA.  Offering this to you boys due to the repect I have in this part of the section, but I would like suggestion's on wether I should also post in the Pro Hoops forum, but what concerns me is that it will get lost in transition with all the other shit.  And can someone think of a catchie title for me...
 
Next game might be on Thurs, Sat or Sun (hard to explain why so many days...just trust me) our time, but I will mainly only post 'the play' approx 1 hour before the first game due to the need to wait for the lines to settle.  There will be no rush as I will tell you early enough if there is a likely hood of a play for the day anyway.
 
Enough talk, help me with a title and let me know your thoughts on posting in the pro hoops forum??

On the above I am in the process of testing this over the past 2 years of NBA and I will let you know the full record when I have completed the spreadsheet's.

As for the above the record of 13-3 is 81% for those who care, and one final note it is 100% if taken slightly further but at 3-0. 

After all the spill above I just hope for the life of me the first one hit's or I will look very stupid

Yeah good luck with it all. A system is not proven over a few games so you won't look stupid if it doesn't work right away.  13-3 sounds pretty successful to me so would like to see what it's all about.  Jive's right, can't come up with a catchy title if we don't know what's involved.  Hey your current title isn't too bad, caught my eye at least.

And the "Pro Hoops" forum on this site is the last place on earth you should be laying it out there for all to see. That would be like throwing buffalo carcass into a billabong full of "salties"

Couldn't agree more there guys.  It is similar to a system play, but you have to continue system plays through to 3-4 plays, but in my situation the above record is 'like' a system but more of a wait and a good spot before playing, that's way the above is 13-3 over 5 weeks.  And to be honest if you take out the 1 qtr plays then the ratio is 9-1, and the 1st quarter is a little more risky.
 
I know there won't be a play on Wed, but more like Thurs, Sat or Sun, and maybe even not those days, but in the next week I'm sure there will be a play. As for the catchy title, don't thinka about my play, but more about your current environment and something funny that you have see or heard...it's open for many opinion.
 
Going to do the research on 07-08 season now and drop back in after a few months as I don't think I will get through it all the season tonight.  And the idea came from someone dropping into one of Mr Bator's thread and making a comment.

Been said already but stuff the Pro Hoops. Too much crap and too many wankers. Opening yourself up to alot of crap. Good and Bad. But none of it is needed.
Always remember, Aussie forum members are knowledgeable on the subject and will no doubt offer asistance if requested.
 
To fully test a system for Basketball is very simple. Let me put $1 on it. I always lose 99.5% of B'Ball bets. That's the facts.
If it wins the world is your oyster.
Let us / me know when to bet so you can LOWER your bet size, just in case.

April 2007-08 Season (without playoffs) = 12-3
 
YTD = 49-31 (61.25%)
 
Didn't work out playoffs due to not enough games on the board for any particular day, however I think I need to test the 'trend' for when there are 3 and 4 games played on each day and see how that pan's out....stay tuned!

To the both questions above:
 
1.  Yes it is, but only on the Under as I believe there are more defensive teams in the NBA as alot of them are trying to copy the blueprint of the Celtics, but the test doesn't cover each day (will explain more another day).
 
2.  Yes Rod, 1H is looked at, but not 2H due to a lack of info of what lines where out there regarding this live betting.  If you have this such info then please let me know as I can simply place this in the spreadsheet...and also I have tested this on the first quarter as well.
 
I'm going to break it down even further tonight as I have a theory that needs checking.
 
Also after yesterday's game there looks like 3 bets on te card for the Char/NO game.  Will check back in tonight with my findings of my theory and play for tomorrow morning about an hour before the first game.
