Perth under Bob Beverage as shown last year play a real up tempo brand of ball.....
IMO they will be even more up tempo this year as they dont have Luke S (i am not even going to attempt to spell his surname).......He was a lunbering jack, very slow big man that slowed them down.......They have replaced him with Daniel Johnson, who is almost as big, but alot faster........
There offense is anchored by K Lisch, Stephen Weigh and Shaun Redhage.........They have added Cam Tovey......He is a bit of a swingman slasher who gets to the free throw line but cant hit his free throws for shit.....I have seen that guy air ball so many FT's....another professional who is terrible at the line, anyway, that is another discussion for another day..........
This team will run and play up tempo......
The 36ers have a new import guard pairing, never seen them in my life.......They got rid of that overated hack Cortez Groves.......That Groves had so much talent, but i have no doubt he was shaving points ( he was on plenty of unders).........No other way to describe how shit he was.......
Anyways, they still have Ballinger who i rate, also that Ninja (Darren Ng) can turn into Ray Allen at any time.......
Adelaide were traditionaly a high scoring team, until that POS Ninnis took over, he couldnt coach team USA to a victory in a WNBL game....
Anyways, i give Adelaide a chance here.....
Leans are Over 168.5 or Adelaide at this stage...
