As far as i understand it, he was accused of spending the ACTU credit card / funds on prostitutes, then he was cleared, now again he is accused and now he is saying he is going to get off and now sue...
For the life of me, for such a serious accusation, wouldnt the accuser have absolute concrete evidence of what they claim he has done? If so, how does he keep getting off? If not, why do they keep accusing him of they dont have concrete evidence...

I wasn't in the brothel with him but the evidence seems to me that he is guilty as fuck.
Julia can't sack him, because that would trigger a bi-election in his seat of Dobell and he'd probably lose it to the libs. Best make him sit as an 'independent' and vote with the government.
The last few years have shown how poorly a minority govt works.
