West Coast Waves vs Townsville Fire: Townsville -19.5

The West Coast waves in their last 5 games have lost by 37, 52, 22, 54 , 26. The Fire are a top 4 team, they should win this game by 25+

Townsville Fire vs Canberra Capitals (WNBL): Under 152.5
I jumped on this straight away because other books have the total at 149.5. Centrebet has it at 152.5.
The Fire have good D at home and the Capitals are pretty poor on the road. I think the Capitals will hit around 65 and hopefully the Fire dont get more than 85

Melbourne Boomers @ West Coast Waves: Under 133.5

They have played recently, the total was 126 in that game. The Boomers play a slow style of B'Ball and the Waves only shot 20% in that game against the Boomers last time. I dont see the Waves getting more than 55 in this match so we would just need the Boomers to score less than 78 to win. Will go with this as the Boomers only allow 63 points against much better opposition. This game could get ugly but the ATS is a massive line to cover so will play the under.

Canberra Capitals vs Townsville Fire  (WNBL): Canberra +9.5

They have met 3 weeks ago and Townsville won by 6. Going with the Capitals tonight because their season is on the line. If they don't win this game, they are pretty much out of play-off contention. They will give it their all tonight to try and win this game and the line is pretty big to cover. Some of these Canberra girls are the tallest in the league, 6'4. 6'3 and 6'6 so I hope they can rebound a fair bit to keep this game close.

Hey Rod,

They sure did. They just look tired and were missing shots all over the place and Sydney Uni were making great 3's and jumpers.

Today I like

Adelaide Lightning vs Townsville Fire (WNBL): Adelaide +3.5
Adelaide playing at home against a Fire team that has 4 straight but against bad opposition (Thunder x 2 and Waves x 2).They played already this season in Adelaide and Adelaide won 69-68. I hope this one stays close as well..Adelaide has had a coaching change but I think this will be a big test for them against the Fire.

Dandenong vs Bendigo Spirit: Bendigo - 3.5

All you have to do is see the past match-ups and see that the Bendigo Spirit has owned Dandenong. Dandenong on B2B as well today after losing last night to the Melbourne by 1 point. Bendigo is the last team I would want to face on a B2B. Their defense is the best and their scoring options are the best for WNBL standards.. Light them up Bendigo...

 

West Coast Waves vs Adelaide: Over 139.5

Out of all the years I have watched all types of Bball, i have never seen a team as bad as West Coast. They are horrible. This team can let in 80-90 points some games so all it takes is a big effort from Adelaide to get to at least 80 in this match and hopefully the Waves can get to 60 at least. The ATS is way too much for my liking but it will probably hit but I will lean play the over in this one..

Shop around and Bendigo are -1.5 is lot of places.

TAB and centrebet is where I saw it. Looks like it is not going to matter though.

yeah great 1H Rod.. Bendigo is the team to beat and I think they will win the comp. Might be worth jumping on them to win the championship if the odds are at a good price.

1-1 last night, season 19-14-1

Some good games today.

Canberra Capitals vs Townsville Fire: Under 157.5
Townsville have struggled over the years in Canberra and in the past 5 meetings in Canberra the total never went over this. The Fire now has Batkovic who is going to probably get MVP but I don't think both teams will hit 80. It will be close, probably around 154 or 155 I think.

Bendigo Spirit vs Melbourne Boomers: Bendigo -13.5
I will keep going with Bendigo ATS. Yes they are on B2B but in 2 games played in Bendigo already this season, Bendigo won by 34 & 17. They demolished the best offensive side last night (Dandenong) and the Boomers offense is one of the worst in the league, i see Bendigo winning by at least 15.

Logan Thunder vs Sydney Flames: over 149.5
These 2 teams are pretty much playing for pride right now. Logan are 3-7 at home and Sydney are 4-7 on the road. I think the books might have this total wrong so I will play the over as both matches this season has gone over and Sydney do love to just attack...
