guys UT will not lose. HHH is running the company now, no way HHH wouldn't put over UT. I could see Shawn getting involved and costing HHH though so it's not a straight up loss.

Why can't Taker just pop up like "The Dead Man" and come out blazing to finish this?

I've seen this before.

When Triple H flipped Cactus Jack through the cell and through the ring...and he got back up. 1 final pedigree and he was finally done.
