I was told that purefoods is going to win but he doesnt know how many points since the plan was only to let purefoods win.
Unfortunately i got them at -9 so if youre going for purefoods -4.5 is godsent. But again and again, im just blindly following someone else so it's risky to blindly tail me.

Talk N Text remained in the top spot after one game last week. Sam Daghles didn't fail what is expected from him. The biggest surprise is Steffphon Pettigrew. He was good but even the TNT management never thought that he was THAT good. Minus 5 players, TNT almost dominated a front court-less GK Squad. They survived Orlando Johnson's scoring outburst and still showed how good this team is even with out the top dogs.
Alaska Aces A+
Current Ranking: 2
Rank Last Week: 6
I hope nobody forgets how good the Aces are until they were knocked out early in the playoffs last conference. Romeo Travis is Mister Execution. He really fits well with the team's system and totally buys into what they are all about. Blowing out BWE and putting out the hapless Kings early shot them up from number 6.
Purefoods Star Hotshots A-
Current Ranking: 3
Rank Last Week: 2
Purefoods wasn't as sharp as they were when the opened last conference with the smaller Blakely. Now that the playing field is the same, they didn't quite lived up to when they played the Road Warriors. Chalk it up to Blakely not being in total game shape yet but this team is still the one to beat.
Rain or Shine Elasto Painters A-
Current Ranking: 4
Rank Last Week: 3
I still hold the E-Painters in high regards despite not playing one game last week. They are due to play a couple this week and I expect them to pick up where they left off from last conference. Easily the finest tuned team besides the Hotshots and the Aces.
GlobalPort Batang Pier B
Current Ranking: 5
Rank Last Week: 7
Made a leap from the 7th spot to 5th. Terrence Romeo has been stellar in his scoring and has finally found the right set of guys to compliment his game. Krayem was decent in his debut and hopefully will contribute more. Pringle is back from injury and should even further bolster their bid this conference. Regular Import O'Bryant was a good complimentary piece to Romeo's offensive game but is set to be replaced by Steve Thomas (only to be replaced again by Jarrid Famous).
Barako Bull Energy Cola B
Current Ranking: 6
Rank Last Week: 11
A prediction! Liam McMorrow will be unstoppable this season (perhaps until KIA again fields PJ Ramos and we have a colossal battle here). The 7-2 Canadian has been a revelation for the Energy as well as the revitalized JC Intal and Dylan Ababou. Hoepfully they carry on this momentum winning against NLEX and blowing out BWE over the week.

The Bolts only dropped one rank but expect them to further their campaign after signing a spot up 3-pointer in Asian Import Seiya Ando. IMO not as promising as other asian imports. Behind prolific scorer in Andre Emmett, I think the Bolts will soon be battling for the top spots till they regain their form.
Kia Carnival B-
Current Ranking: 8
Rank Last Week: 8
Kia was a flawless 1-0 last week over a chaotic SMB squad. Not that I'm writing them off but I think tough games are ahead of them. They are fielding two imports (a regular and an asian) and it looks like they'll be utilized far more than the other teams would with theirs. Expect better things from the Carnival as they have a legitimate 1-2 punch with both.
NLEX Road Warriors C
Current Ranking: 9
Rank Last Week: 9
NLEX Road Warriors stayed at 9 only because the teams ahead of them has strutted their stuff better. Let's see if they can get themselves together and barge in the top tiers of the standing.
Barangay Ginebra San Miguel C
Current Ranking: 10
Rank Last Week: 10
One glorious thing for the Gin Kings is that they are out and running. In both games that they lost, I have never seen them fight hard and really go for it. I think better things to come for the now Frankie Lim led team with high schoring Orlando Johnson to tow them. Can't wait to see this team with the twin towers in the mix.
San Miguel Beermen C-
Current Ranking: 11
Rank Last Week: 4
Team Turmoil Rank #1. This team is in so much disarray with trade rumours and what not lingers around. Losing a game they could ultimately win and losing to a bottom feeder team prior to that.
Blackwater Elite D+
Current Ranking: 12
Rank Last Week: 12
This team is well on its way to secure the top pick for mother team TNT. Kuya Marcus is only the bright spot for this team.
