I swear, if you could lock people up for stalking on an internet site, Covers would take the cake.....
 
It's not just this thread, but all the others that call people out whether it is good or bad.......It's not needed.....
 
This site is supposed to be helpful and resourceful, but it has turned into a three ring circus.....
 
I wouldn't blame him for leaving or any others at that as this site has been overtaken by rookies and prospects alike talking out the side of their neck.....

I don't think it was the "bashers" that have caused him to skip at least one day of posting.  I think it has more to do with him not having enough information this early in the season to be able to plug the numbers into his system.  I've seen him pass a few days in a row before when he hit a sour streak but I'm sure he will be back.

Whether he has decided to leave or not, I agree with you 100%.  How is it that the linesmen arbitrarily allow some posters to get bashed into oblivion and then box people for the slightest infraction against other posters?  I thought this was a public forum and anyone could post their insight/picks/whatever.  I would agree that the guy is full of shit in regards to his wager amounts, but he certainly isn't the only one.  And who cares?  I don't care what anyone else on this site wages.  I am only here for the information.  People who blindly tail Matrixx or any other poster on this site are doing so at their own risk.  Nobody gave him any hassle until he went cold and then all of a sudden he was public enemy number one.  I swear the some of the people on here act like highschool girls.

The problems in this forum occur when the posters put down how much money that they are betting...
 
Those cappers that post units instead don't get bashed....or at least do not get the critical posts that people like "Matrix" do...
 
I've gone into a few threads in the past...MrBator, for one...and really questioned why someone who bets 20, 30, 40K and more on games would want to sit at his computer and communicate with us....
 
I've seen cut & pastes of supposed bets...assume that they could be real...BUT, I am quite friendly with a number of major players out here and even if they could have a screenname..they would NEVER communicate their picks and amounts to anyone...let alone go and sit at their computer and have running dialogues with people (children) that they don't know.
 
The average person in this kind of website might bet (straight bet) between $50-100 on a game....that's the average. The majority on this website bet parlays, teasers, etc...and the bettor who risks more is only a straight bettor....
 
So, when people read about 4 dimes a game....5,6,7 games or more....they have a serious problem with that person's credibility....WHEN HE LOSES. Human Psychology 101.
