Siragusa died in his sleep.  I'd guess sleep apnia - same thing that killed Reggie White.

I enjoyed watching him on the field and on one of the first seasons of Hard Knocks, back when that show was worth watching.  Seemed like a decent guy, with a great sense of humor.  He'd been married to his wife for more than 25 years and had 3 kids.

RIP, good sir.  May God welcome you with open arms and ease the pain and grief of those you left behind.
