I lose every season in the NFL, anybody know best solid cappers who are usually in green or close enough season in and out ? thanks
@FTP
Try this guy out, he use to post on here two year ago and stopped and went private for a while now he is back with public picks. He is good with College football and NFL, he's is a over and under capper.

I usually just bet on futures and ignore most of the regular season to make profit. Just use consensus stats and fade the public. If most of the public is on their favorite team that has many injuries or the line is to heavily favorited. Fade the public.

Every year it ceases to amaze me..it's the same shit...you all suck...and I mean it
You can try this Einstein, pick your plays and bet the opposite...inverse your percentage and you are a winner
Now that'll be $0.50 for the advice, however I only take dollars and I don't provide change...

Thanks for the replies guys, its very very tough to bet NFL and college. I will limit my plays and be more selective. I will try not to chase and bet unit sizes.

Discipline is one of the keys to winning.
Don't chase when you lose.
Bet in like dollar amounts, meaning don't bet $100 on one game, $300 on another, $600 on another. It works for some people but very few.
Don't look at every game as opportunity lost if you don't bet on it. Don't bet too many games, be selective.
Keep track of your plays and know your strengths and weaknesses. If you're doing better on totals than sides, and doing lousy on betting favorites, then focus more on the totals.
And DON'T tail anyone based on records they post, since every forum has its share of attention seeking gimps who escaped their box and post fake records.
Bet for entertainment value and hopefully end up with a profit at the end of the season. Don't bet to pay the bills, remember that an estimated 95% of all sports bettors lose (except of course on the internet, where everyone "says" they win.)
Good luck to you this season and have some fun.

No worries dogg so God bless and good graces , sighting a solid capper is like finding the Loch Ness in your swimming pool or in that pond by your neighbors , don’t do yourself no favors , don’t initiate any commitments , cuz “ winning big “ is a difficult , and filthy little predicament , when you think it should be continuous , instead of principally consistent , you’ll look like a bitch and ridiculous , when you swing and miss and whiff on shit , so don’t get it like your intimate skivvies or your knickers and end up twisted in your britches dig ?

Vanzack is pretty consistent. I don't recall him EVER having a losing season. Sure maybe an off week or two. But I would review his plays week in and week out.
