There are far too many people who have zero skill at capping and are basically flipping a coin when they pick a side. I want to create a list of the solid, long standing, winning posters so we all know who to tail.
I am looking for a poster who keeps an honest record and shares it every time they start a thread or a new day. Someone who actually bets their picks too.
From my experience Ryno23 had a solid system which he was following with success, but has come to an end. Other then that I have been unable to find any solid cappers to tail.
I feel like posters are here for two reasons. Share a winner and get praise or go on a hot streak and go tout. It is so hard to sift through all the BS these days.
Who do you tail and why?

Depends on the sport. There are several solid posters to follow, if you put in the work to find them. Not everyone is a wannabe tout, or just looking for a pat on the back. In every forum there are posters who genuinely post their action, and genuinely want to share with the community, win or lose. Look for players that have been here for awhile, and look at who those posters mix it up with. Try and find who fits your style. Good luck.

Site has regressed woefully since i started coming here about 15 years ago . I went tout through another handle name i had on here and made good money at nitrobets. Not even worth giving plays out anymore. Offshore climate has tightened up and only a few good books left. Less sports bettors out there also because economy crashed in 2006/07 and still hasn't recovered fully.

One thing to watch for is people saying how much they bet in dollar amounts. Guy says he just lost $3000 on a bet, and then, somehow, manages to bet $5000 or $7000 the very next bet. How nice to be that rich! Of course, they are lying. You got that much money, you're not on covers.
CG I'll give a pass to since he is trying to be transparent, and is trying to prove he can make a profit in the long run, which many do not think is possible.
What people should be telling your they are betting is UNITS. And NOT 1000 units. It should be a small number, and should be a small part of a larger total bankroll. Ask about money management style, and see what they say.
Some classic lines to avoid right off the bat:
"Here's my parlay" Don't bet parlays
"Here's my teaser" Don't bet teasers
"Here's my top 5 picks today" Uh, nobody bets five games a day, every damn day.................and lives.
There is no law that says you have to bet EVERY DAMN DAY. But, some people ignore that, just because they want to have "action" all the time................

Jose is correct. Many good ones that have been on here for a while. Just go to each forum and you will find them fairly quick. Obviously they have been on here more than a year. But as Jose said, it depends on sport.
