The argument being made is that 70% of NFL players are Black so why aren't there more Black coaches.
Black males makeup only 6.5% of the male population in America. A counter argument could be made that there needs to be more non Black players in the NFL.
Of course then it would be argued that there are more Black players because they are better at playing the game then other races (meritocracy)...couldn't non Black coaches make the same argument that they are better at coaching than their Black counterparts without claims of racial bias entering into it?
Are team owners allowed to hire who they want on their coaching staffs or should they be forced to hire according to racial makeup with affirmative action guidelines?

I've said this so many times. The NFL hires HCs from the pool of NFL OCs/DCs, and from the college ranks. As more guys have gotten the coordinator jobs, it has, and will lead to more guys getting HC jobs. Case in point, Brian Flores. He wasn't even a coordinator. He got a gig. They didn't retain him because he didn't play ball and tank. He snitching now. New York cats snitch like it's not even a big deal.
