I lived in Calif. until 2 years ago, the only eggs costing 7 bucks were those Organic brown ones in fancy wrapping.

No 7 dollar eggs in Bakersfield I bet.

The farm fresh eggs you buy off the side of the road might cost that much but no reasonably priced store bought eggs cost that much...even at Trader Joes the high priced hippy store they aren't that much unless they are organic, cage free, dump free, hormone free, no life free, free free, pee pee free eggs that are bougie...
