This was accidentally posted in another thread.
This site has turned into collective little dick energy. I will say this. I am seeing a trend where if two or more people disagree with someone, or if two or more people thing so and so is a dick, then so and so simply states that they just must be the same person. We somewhat recently had a long time regular poster completely come off the rails accusing people of being the same person. The guy was a dick, in my opinion, and a serial shit disturber. As he became increasingly unhinged, and as more and more people called him out for being a dick and a shit disturber, he simply accused them(us) all of being the same person. It sets a dangerous precedent that when in a forum which exists for discourse/debate, any two people who agree to disagree with any other person must automatically be the same person because, "How could TWO people possibly disagree with me."
As far as I know, anybody could be an SAD but I will say this: Fubah and I are cool now but we have a very contentious past. Very. We had had some of the worst examples of these stupid internet chat room arguments. Arguments that have gone way past debating a relevant topic into being downright nasty. In all of those countless pages of nastiness, I never once saw those other two posters pop up. I have been in other threads with said posters and I'm quite sure they don't even know I exist. They've never made a comment to me. Maybe they're the same person but I would max bet that neither is Fubah. Fubah does have a real life friend who is also a member of this site, and who will often times come to his defense, but I am quite sure they are not the same person either.
I get it. Vanzack is a documented good capper and one of the more helpful posters on this site. And because of this he is one of the more popular posters. Fubah, by comparison, is not extremely popular. His presence in the politics forum has not made him many friends around here. So it's easy to pile on the guy and accuse him of having multiple SAFs, whatever but for context, consider this: Vanzack posts a winning season, he tracks it. Not sure if in one thread, or maybe thread(s) because I haven't followed it but being vanzack, people do follow it. And they praise his success. And all is well and good. Fubah creates a thread(s) and anyone who praises his success must be he himself? That's ridiculous.
