Was I quoting this year? This being halfway thru the year? No. Luongo is the better goalie BY FAR! So what if they have similar numbers this (half) year?  Price sucks!

10 regulation losses in 50 games to lead the NHL. This means tough to beat 5 on 5. Last time I checked OT in the playoffs is 5 on 5.

I keep reading a lot of shit outta this guys mouth.The biggest Canucks hater on this site by far, which is perfectly fine cause i couldn't care less but at least have some better arguments other than "vancouver will never win with losers like luongo and the sedins". 

that bolland comment is a load of shit too and had nothing to do with the hawks beating the canucks...the sedins had 14pts in 12 games each.  It was guys like Ladd, Byfulgien, Versteeg that killed them.

Oh, and should we give Montreal an award for having "the most character", which is obviously just your opinion?? Clearly u have a hard on for Montreal but don't let that get in the way of reality and the fact that Vancouver has more depth and is the better team all around. 

Lastly, you live in Vancouver so I assume u read and hear everything.  before u spout off again (which doesn't accomplish anything) i'd love for you to explain to me how the Canucks are worse off from previous years and how they're going to 'learn a hard lesson' again.  Better yet, explain to me how Montreal is Canada's 'best chance' at winning the cup...

Not sure if you read the standings or not but Montreal is 3 points away from being out of the playoffs and Carolina is catching up rather quickly. I would have to say that a team that leads their division by double digits at the all star break has a way better chance to do well in the playoffs than a team that might not even make it. 

Did you watch the Habs in Philly the other night? Total mismatch...No way in hell do the Habs beat the Flyers in the playoffs...Even if the Habs were totally healthy it wouldn't even be close. 

but  at the same time...a team who busts thier ass off down the stretch and makes it in will do damage to teams home and cooled off..

Aside for one season, Price has pretty much had the same save% as Luongo playing on a worst team since entering the league. In his rookie year he had a win% that was almost 10% higher on top of a better save %. Price was apparently a bust last year and he still had a save % of .01 less than Bobby Lou!.

Compare their first 4 years in this league and Price has more wins, a better gaa and a better save %.

Wow Luongo with 6 years of more experience in this league is better...big deal..he has still accomplished the same as Price...which is jack shit.

its just a terrible matchup for montreal. i dont think anyone expects the habs to beat philly anyways in a best of 7 (At least i dont)...philly's strenght is being able to roll a third line with a giroux or briere vs the opposing teams 3rd d pairing..if you dont think adding a markov and gorges to replace sissy spacek and rookie would make a difference well thats your opinion.

why does boston play philly so tough but seems to get dominated by montreal who cant beat philly? its just one of those things. i have little confidence that monreal can beat the flyers but if they play the bruins..i expect them to win.

If price can come up w big saves MTL has a shot vs the flyers. MTL defense is just seriously lacking w out josh g and markov ( sp?)

Flyers are gonna give anyone problems match up wise. we have giroux on the third line w carter and zherdov !!!! both solid themself.
