Random thought about everyone carrying on about the OT rule ...

Using stats of how many teams who win the coin flip actually score a TD on their first possession is 100% not applicable in this situation.

Had SF-GB gone to OT, would the team who won the coin flip had an advanatge given how that game played out and the weather conditions? In reality, winning the toss might have been a detriment.

If people are going to make comparisons in regards to the coin toss and the BUFF-KC game, compare it to any previous OT game that had 25 points scored in the last 2 mins of regulation, 2 QB's who were on fire, and 2 defenses that didn't have a clue.

Given the circumstances of that game, the coin flip was an absurdity.

Because of that game, expect the OT rule to be changed (for playoffs only)
