Are we all getting ready for the hour before kick off when the board goes nuts? Gonna be fun! 2 friends are in Vegas @ the Cromwell. Got in last night and said there is no Vibe anywhere and prices are super jacked. Comped to a party at the Westgate and have not committed that this is where they want to be come game time. Windy and cold there with plane delays and people bitching. Been to 2nd week of March Madness twice but never did the SB.

Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan has his 400-foot yacht in New Orleans for the Super Bowl this week; the yacht is worth $360M, has a crew of 37 people, sleeps 12 guests.
Not sure why a boat would have three pools and four fireplaces, but Khan’s yacht has them. Wonder if he fishes? Found this on Armadillo Sports this morning!

Yachting [slang]> hanging out on the Yacht of the Upper-Wealthy in exchange for being sexually available. (SP) a shagging piece,a step above 'rough trade'. Hugh's life work.

Joe Thuney is in his 9th NFL season, a starter in every one since his rookie year. He has made the playoffs 8 times and this will be his 6th Super Bowl winning 4 of his previous 5 with the Patriots and Chiefs. When we're talking about all time Super Bowl greats, put respect on this man's name.

He has a private dock for that thing at Pier EB near the stadium in Jax. It's named Kismet. That's an Arabic word meaning "destiny." The moronic owner finally realized he's not part of the NFL owners good old boy club so he went ahead and thought outside the box this year firing the old guard guys and hiring a bunch of new fresh faces. Good for him.

Is Shane Waldron the right fit for Jacksonville? To coach and tutor another former #1 overall pick at QB?
I think not.
Another conversation to have, is Trevor Lawrence ever going to be good? At this point it's hard to see, especially with Waldron calling plays.
As for Caleb, we don't know yet. Personally I was never high on him. Now with Ben Johnson in town along with a slough of new coaches people seem to be higher than ever in Chicago.
I need to see the Bears RSW total for 2025. If it's another 8.5 it'll tell me that Caleb is not the guy. This will not be a popular opinion, but I'm a realist before I'm a fan.
Every excuse in the world has been used up for Caleb, I don't want to hear anymore next year.

@undermysac
Please understand that Waldron has some non descript title that makes him a nothing. Coen will call the plays and Udinski (fine Polish name) is his OC assistant. Coen felt bad for Shane because they worked together in LA under McVay and gave him a gig.

I see. I saw a thing somewhere that said Waldron would be OC.
What do you think of Coen? Seems like a goofy dude. I don't know much about him.

Honestly with all of the Eagles money pouring in I won't be surprised. I'm playing mostly props but other than the Eagles scoring 1st, I'm not buying many Philly shares. I love Pacheco over 4.5 rushing yards for the 1Q and over 28.5 total yards for the game. He's being very overlooked.

Caleb is going to be fine. As an outside observer with no skin in the game, Caleb got better as the season went on. Granted, he stood around way too long, but he didn’t trust his line or his coaches. He trusted his arm, though. So does his new head coach.
That’s why Ben Johnson took the Bears gig over every other job in the NFL. That speaks volumes. He saw Williams’ talent. It is real. All he needs is good coaching, trust and a healthy offensive line.
Enough of my pep talk.
Caleb Williams will be a great quarterback.

Been hearing a lot of "bet on Eagles 1H, but bet KC full game" on podcasts.
They're simply afraid of Mahomes, rightfully so I get it.
Here are the PR's by halves:
1H Eagles #5(3.7), KC 1H #7(3.4)
2H Eagles #2(5.7), KC 2H #14(0.5)
Those #'s say otherwise. Those #'s also make you think how the fuck is KC even favored? When one team has a better rating for both halves they are really hard to beat.
I understand that the books couldn't make this line Eagles -5.5 because the handle would be lopsided. But there's a significant discrepancy in the line.
I know that I'm not smarter than the books. No one is. It's just messing with my head. I really don't want to see any shady stuff but afraid we may.
