Nah, he meant capitalized. Someone made a joke about Intel, as in Integrated Electronics, the semiconductor manufacturer. He said his intel, common noun meaning intelligence, wasn't capitalized, as it would be if it were the proper noun, Intel.

but the thing I’m stuck on is….you had intel and knew the outcome, wouldn’t bet it cause you didn’t want to be “offed” yet still stated publicly on a gambling forum for anyone to see bragging about such valuable intel confused

 

man at least should’ve bet a mil and lived it up before they get you

now they still gonna off you for bragging and you didn’t even get any $ out of it
