Since this issue will come up here for sure here are 10 known and accepted

RESTRICTIONS to "Freedom of Speech" First Amendment Rights.

Obviously things like slander, defamation, lying under oath, giving out government secrets
to foreign adversaries, screaming "FIRE!!" in a crowded movie theatre (when there is no actual fire)
