Not because you committed one of the dirtiest fouls in NBA playoff history. 

Not because you may have ruined the career of an undrafred player who plays the right way and has worked his tail to get this opportunity in a league where opportunities like this are hard, if not impossible, to come by.  

Not because you cost another player the opportunity to finally make money for himself and his family. 

Not because you ruined a beautiful series and all the storylines by making this all about you and your despicable, inexcusable action. 

Not because you may have cost another team the opportunity to win the series and compete for a championship with your cheap shot heard around the basketball world. 

But because you, you despicable human garbage, celebrated with your teammates on the bench after you committed your indefensible act, by giving them fives and talking trash as if you had committed a heroic act. And for that, I hope you burn in hell!

I had the Warriors at +425 to win the West for a grand. But I couldn’t care less about the money. I love this team and thought with a defensive stopper like Payton they had a great chance to beat all the teams with superstar guards, like Memphis and Phoenix. But I guess Brooks and his coach knew that too, those pieces of shit. 

I wanna see every team at full strength. Brooks is a punk and deserves a suspension of more than just one game.

Same here, Bator. Same here. So many great playoff series have been marred with injuries over the years, most by accident. These players don’t need to add to the carnage. I was a kid when I saw Mchale clothesline Rambus. At the time, I thought it was cool. But I was a kid and didn’t know better. This crap has no place in the game.

You are a clown and don’t know shit if you think Green every took out a player out of series with a foul. The worst thing he ever did in a playoff game was a kick at Adams’ balls, which didn’t keep Adams from continuing to play. That was nothing compared to this.

What am I missing here? All this rage because Gary Payton Jr got hurt? It was a borderline dirty not dirty type hard foul...but the outrage in the sports world today is acting like the Grizzlies just took out Curry for his entire career...I just don't get what the big deal is?

Action, the only reason I thought the Warriors had a great shot of getting to the finals was because of GP junior. I knew this kid would shine during the playoffs and basically play the role Iggy played for them during their championship runs. He validated my beliefs after the Denver series when Kerr inserted him into the starting lineups. He and Green gave the starting lineup enough defense and toughness to cover up for the deficiencies of the other starters. Now they are completely screwed and their only hope is to outscore the opponents.

Add to that the fact that the league and the networks have decided to make their money off the Warriors/Grizz series (their game was one of the highest rated in over a decade) and the Celtics/Bucks (notice Foster was involved in both those series making sure both would be tied 1-1) while letting the Suns and Heat coast to the WCF and ECF because nobody is watching those series , and the Warriors will really be behind the eight ball after playing 6 or 7 against the Grizz.
