BUT........can he/they show us the PROOF, rather than just make unsubstantiated statements?

Of course not!

But it will be fun to watch them try to blow a massive smokescreen and refuse to produce actual PROOF.

Schmaling is a lying sack of shxt.  Biden carried WI by more than 20,000 votes and there is NO evidence of "widespread voter fraud."
