well it's not the fact that they are losing it's how they are losing

padres have basically scored two runs and then the buccs said "hey, why don't you have another three"

they had a three-base-error that scored two runs and then they failed to cover home gifting the padres another one

Was going to take Pitt, but passed after I read they have lost 15 of 17 to the Pads. Still atrocious that these games aren't even close. It's fucking Ohlendorf for god sake, and Marquis last night. Pirates have feasted on much better teams this season.

Did you know about the Padres winning streak currently?  They also have an 11 game win streak at PNC park...

how is baseball similar to foot-ball? in foot-ball, the ball is contributed evenly among players; whereas, in baseball, the outcome of the game is mainly control by the starting pitcher & relievers.  batters can only contribute so much.
