It isn't a black-and-white issue. Read Basketball Junkie about Chris Herren. This kid was fantastic and ALL he wanted was drugs.

He's also white with blonde hair.

Blacks make up 50% of US prisons and they are only about 10-12% of the population. My best friend is black and he's embarrassed when he sees a bunch of black dudes with pants pulled down and talking in another dialect of english.
