This. I'll never understand how blacks that perpetuate stereotypes are continuously glorified?

Numbers like this are worthless. So a white guy goes and applies for a job and gets it. A black guy sits at home and doesn't look for a job. Oh my god look at how much easier it is for whites to get jobs!!!! Look at the percentages!!!!!
Now obviously that's not entirely whats going on here but my scenario 100% adds to your "figures."
Its just all nonsense, no one is being held back in 2014 because of their race. People just more and more want to point the finger and blame someone else when things don't go their way

Its like when they compare mens and womens salaries.
They compare a CEO to a babysitter and say, OH MY GOD LOOK AT THE PAY DIFFERENCE WOMEN ARE GETTING SCREWED!!!!!

Sterling used no slurs and denigrated no one. Unlike Marge Schott and Riley Cooper.
In fact, he was quite complementary to Magic.
He just didn't want her hanging with them.
Racist no, bigot yes!
I do believe that every owner in the NBA believes that private conversations in your own home, especially with family, GF's included, are that exactly that, PRIVATE! No owner will vote to try to remove him for an illegally gotten private conversation that has nothing to do with the basketball operations of the team. That would set a precedent none of them would ever want.
Everyone who is condemning him needs to take a look at everything they have ever said in private, rerecord it, and send it to TMZ for everyone to judge . The hypocrisy would be mind blowing!!!
