I dont deserve shit. I handle the public extremely well until this. I do not feel wrong what I did. actaully im proud of myself. An old man? Well then this old man should have shut the fuck up. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing. All day people stare at me. Its a daily occurance. Ive never done anything like this. I told my uncle who is an attorny. He said If he pushed me first and was making comments I dont have anything to worry about. Therefore im not gonna worry. I has a fight with the guy. How much can he get? I didnt break anything. IMO a judge wouldnt even hear this bullshit. But I could be wrong.

I had a guy at HErshey during Thanksgiving, he kept turning around. He was about maybe 35. Finally my wife said " he has Tourettes": the guy yells he you listen to me. Im a lawyer I dont taker shit from anyone. I said wow your a dumb fucking lawyer. You dont even know what Tourettes is. Who the fuck are you yelling in my ear. There are kids in this store. I said well maybe if you knew what TS is we wouldnt be having this conversation. Now get out of my face. He then walked away while giving me a staredown.

I handle that well becuase he knew when to leave. I guess also I was calmer too. Maybe I should have walked away but if you saw his person face you would understand.

IF this really happened, are you really lacking that much self esteem that you give a shit what random people on the street think of you?

Yea ok Ill just let this guy make comments towards me and for the rest of my life ill deal with it. Ill let people embarrass me in front of others and my wife. A very old guy today at Walgreens while I was servicing it asked if sound effects come with the chips or is it extra. I said is it extra for your ignorance. Or do I have to pay for that separate. I guess I should have said nothing. Or let him make fun of me right? Or how about the guy that stared at me so bad that he walked right into a display at the store. Mayo fell of the shelf. And he felt like an ass when I told him I couldnt help it becuase I have Tourettes. Or how about ladies who shield thier kids becuase they think im a threat. happens EVERY DAY. You assholes think its easy? Walk a day in my shoes. Then maybe you would understand. Until you do dont pass judgement. God forbid you have a kid with TS. Maybe then you would understand. I have a heart condition, I walk normally but when i park in a handicap spot occasionally people hit you with a comment about it because i "look normal" i tell them to "mind their fucking business" and i walk away

I do not care what other people think of me. What someone else thinks of you should not matter. For the most part people are assholes so why would you give a shit what they thought of you or if they were looking at you?

BTW to call everyone that thinks you were wrong assholes is a bit much.

Hmm now my heart is being questioned.

Lets see.

1) I keep a can of fix a flat in my car. I give it to people who have flat tires. In fact I gave it to five people, yes I actaully pull over, in the last three months.

2) I posted an ad on Craigslist that if anyone needed help for Christmas I would do what I can. I spent over 1200 bucks on two different familes.

3) I volunteered at a soup kitchen

4) Loaded a tractor trailer on 9-15 2001 to help the victims and families.

5) gave a homeless guy a 100$ in AC just becuase I won a few bucks

Ill give ya five more but now of course ill be lambasted for bringing out the good I do. The point is, I try to help anyone, anytime I can. To me that translates to being a decent guy. Im just sick and tired of being laughed at. Ill defend anyone who gets laughed at for something they cant control. Its something I wont put up with. People who know me also know they can bust my balls anytime they damn well please. I joke about it all the time. Do you actaully know what my latest Tourette is? I keep screaming "dont taze me" really loud. Isnt that a hoot? One reciever at one of my supermarkets has it as his ringtone. Whatever. I saw the video and It caught me. Everytime I forget about it, someone reminds me of it. Funny yes and makes people laugh but know I have no voice. I can barely talk.

Not sure how you defended yourself.  You struck the first blow.  That's battery and, from your story, it wasn't justified.

Sorry for the situation but you can't in any way claim you were defending yourself.

Seek a TS support group or therapist to help you deal w/ your issues of anger and people 'staring' at you.  Perhaps you'll find a better way to educate/approach people on your illness/handicap/disorder rather than to act out aggressively towards them or use profanities right off the bat.  Surprisingly, a lot of people might not know a whole lot about TS (they might only think of the chick w/ TS from Deuce Bigalow or Chris Jackson (Maqmoud Abdul Raouf?)).  I'm actually quite surprised to hear you say this is the first time you've blown up on the issue in 37yrs.

I don't think anyone is defending the rude actions of the man in line.  Claiming such is completely distorting the issue.
But we can't all go around pounding on people because they act like jerks to us, whether we have tourettes or not.
Actions like that really don't help someones cause or shed a good light on people afflicted with the disability.
