Tellez at home in Milwaukee against the Cubs.  Steele with a 4.39 era and a 1.48 whip.

Neither pitcher will go past the 5th inning.

i think we’re the only ones who gamble anymore.  The Brewers park is hitter friendly.  Brewers can hit.  I may go with a Brewer team total over.  Roof should be closed.

 smoke em for about 10 hours...nice and slow........wrap em in tinfoil and let em sit for another hour..........eatin them right now......meat and cold beer......now if only the cubs and brew crew would score some runs

 By things you mean your ribs right? 10 hours way too much. 4-5 is perfect. Even at 200 degrees those ribs gonna be waiving a white flag when they come off the pit.

50/50 mix of apple juice and apple cider vinegar is a great mop sauce. Add a tablespoon of mustard and your fav rub to it and you’re good to go

2 hours in the smoke and 1.5 hours wrapped in tin foil with your mop sauce and honey directly on the ribs. Pull em out of the foil and put em back on the pit to tighten up. 30 min without bbq sauce and another 30 sauced if that’s your thing

Of course Doja got nothing to hide so the sauce is always on the side 

 no no, my bets are crumbling..........no sauce  for me, a dry rub........... and 8- 10 hours for the amount i make is good for me....have it down to a science....
