all am gonna say on this subject is if some of you dont believe college kids who will never ever be able to even sniff an nba paycheck arent funding their own retirement accounts while they are playing ball and can control their own destiny, then you must be living in a dreamworld and i would love to live there also.

Do you guys really believe tim donaghy is the only ref who cheats? Hes the only one who got caught. That guys case got done so fast and he went to jail in a blink of an eye. Think about that.
Heres the thing, if sports ever truly got exposed for being the fraud it is, then people would stop going to games and buying stuff, this in turn would devastate our economy, because the sports industry is a huge part of our economy.
But even with games fixed, its still one of few ganbling type bets where you have a 50-50 chance of selecting the right outcome
Just remember, 1 perfectly timed flag in a football game, could easily cost a team a win or loss. Football refs can call holding on every play if they want and nobody will think about it at all.
