Which is going to make that total number increase based on their success. It’s not rocket science. A lot of teams needed head coaches. Bill Belichek doesn’t want to coach dumbdumb. Not like ATL turned him down. He is -2000 to not coach in the nfl next year…hes def taking a year off.
Yet he has Eight Rings so maybe not the best but still pretty damn good. Personally I don't even like him he's too crusty, probably an azzhole & surely not much fun to play for but Eight Rings so ya he has that. Without Brady he doesn't get it done but he had him & did get it done.

so one bad stint as a coach means he cant be a head coach again, even though he's proven to be a solid DC in the interim?
we've seen plenty of head coaches stink and be given second, third, fourth chances (see McDaniels, Josh). heck even as coordinators they get many chances (see Patricia, Matt).
i suspect if he falters in his first and perhaps second year, he'll be fired and will just go back to being a DC. which, frankly, he's probably best at.
