Yes it is situational, and its usually a team that really sucks thats how i can bet the raiders with confidence, last year in the nfl this situation came up on the seattle seahawks with their backup qb, its also come up with the clippers in the nba most the time the situation comes up its on a god aweful team. But the god aweful team has covered every single time and according to my statistics has won the game outright 32 percent of the time as a huge dog.

I think that if you had to bet on an underdog, I say Chiefs, Lions and Browns have a good shot this week. Raiders is just insane, their morale is low and team is unorganized, thier QB should be playing College Football not the NFL.
