Ferret fact check found no evidence vaccines cause more severe disease.   Vaccinated people may appear worser because they are more likely to be older, tested and larger share of population.  Actually, unvaccinated people are far more likely to be hospitalized or die from covid.

Since data has been misrepresented by anti-vaxxers, Public health Scotland isn't releasing data on covid deaths and hospitalizations by vaccination status according to the Statesman, National, Herald, Yahoo and Glasgow times.  Data from US vaccine adverse event reporting system has also been misinterpreted.

I am no anti vaxer and I am vaccinated. The data appears true, the Omicron is easily infecting the vaccinated. My guess is the vaccinated have too much confidence in the vaccine and are exposing themselves.
