Joe Biden is the least popular President in 70 years - Below even Nixon and Carter.

Joe Biden now has a 38.7% job approval for the first quarter of 2024. With only six months left before the next Presidential election, Biden stands in a weaker position than any prior incumbent in the past 70 years as per Gallup poll.

Even Nixon and Carter had higher ratings at this point.

No first-term president in Gallup’s history has returned to the White House with approval numbers as low as Biden’s — whose results this quarter ranked among the worst of the post-World War II era, in the bottom 12% of all presidential quarters going back to 1945.

Piece of shit as a person doesn't equate to bad for the country. The mental gymnastics people go through to make it seem as though Trump was a bad president are insane.

For example, they say things like, "he mishandled Covid leading to millions of deaths." Now let's call a spade a spade. That first variant of Covid was going the most at risk no matter what was done. It came out of no where amd punched the world in the mouth. So what did Trump do? He shut down travel early on and was called xenophobic. He mobilized the scientific community with federal funding to create a vaccine. He believed in keeping the country open, granted, but it's not like the country was actually kept open. Even the most conservative regions were somewhat shut down. If he was responsible for so many deaths, why did other firsr world countries also have massive death tolls? Was it all bad leadership? Why were there so many deaths on Biden's first two years, even with a vaccine?

Stu, the retortists say that he didn't shut the borders down soon enough...I don't agree and if you had a loved one traveling abroad and he closed the borders and that person died in a foreign country you would be pissed.....this was not a win-win situation and very difficult...we are a world of moving about and this was the cause of the spread once it came into your country...these counter points are sometimes ridiculous....the others don't respond to reason about other countries death tolls either...when I broached this topic I was directed to Australia and how we should have done like them and secured our borders quicker...the Monday morning QB is tiring so I just stopped...
