I see you stress that you don't have an alias. We all know why using one would be so despised on here, including you. Yet, you are so quick to point out it's not against the rules on here in defense of your friend, RichardA.

Besides the normal "everyone has his reason" or "I can't speak for him" responses, I just don't see why anyone would need an alias.

This is not a complaint or criticism, just an observation and I would like your feedback...

Between you and me, I get the impression that based on history, the other mods/linesmen would prefer to simply ban this fool and move on...

But you seem to be in the business of monitoring and trying to "rehab" this guy with a revolving door to the box... When history has shown that he only augments behavior to get another opportunity to repeat it as soon as he gets a chance...  He is never going to get better, nor is he invested in getting better...

If RichardA valued being on this site he would act like it... his lack of respect to this site and this community displays a very clear lack of regard for basic respect and decency for the site and people here....

But I think he stays because he knows that he does not need to follow the rules like everyone else or will EVER get banned no matter what he does... And this makes him feel powerful that he will never get banned...

The manifesto speaks to aliases that come back and do the same things...  and this speaks to richard in a nut shell, same cut and pastes, same vile rhetoric, same "crew" bailing him out...

What I would propose...

1.  Ban based on his continued lack of respect for the site and clearly showing that he does not care if he is here or not... he is just here because he knows that he can do anything and NEVER get banned...

2. Permanent box, where he can say and do what ever wants and no one needs to moderate/censor him...  It is actually a good fit if you think about it...  (although the PB guys who went through months of his BS got tired of it)

3. Create a special richardA forum that he is limited to where he can post whatever he wants and those that are interested can visit him there...

I want to hear your thoughts on my perceptions....
