And it was pretty excellent if I do say so myself. Here's the recipe:
EddieGordo's Saturday Olympics Power Sandwich:
Layer 1: Bottom half of Potato Bun, with layer of gourmet Mayo
Layer 2: 2 Slices of quality roast beef
Layer 3: Sprinkle of finely chopped red onion
Layer 4: Piece of Provolone Cheese
Layer 5: Dash of Dijon Mustard
Layer 6: Sprinkle of finely chopped red onion
Layer 7: Dash of Horseradish sauce
Layer 8: 2 Slices of quality roast beef
Layer 9: Sprinkle of finely chopped red onion
Layer 10: Piece of Provolone Cheese
Layer 11: Dash of Dijon Mustard
Layer 12: Layer of chopped up mild banana peppers
Layer 13: Top of Potato Bun with layer of gourmet mayo
As you can see this Sandwich is no joke. I give anyone in the box permission to use my recipe b/c I'm a good dude like that.
