Lou was forced to choose ... WSC or electric ... WSC or electric ...

After some serious deliberation and careful consideration (said process took less than 2 seconds) Lou obviously chose WSC. 

Although rumor on the street is that WSC was put on some sort of probational watch for future crimes against posters
