guys, isnt this the time of year kine posts the kenpom picks? they hit at a very good rate last few years..sent him a pm never heard back... anyone know how these work?thanks for the input..ryno

Oh yeah. I forgot about that. Is it when a team is ranked over 180 and is an underdog of 7.5 or more? or something like that? It was a pretty good lil system.

there has to be a certain amount i think the team catches though i believe..or they both ahve to be over kenpoms 180 + ..not sure... but yes they did well..

Teams ranked 180 or higher in Kenpoms rankings playing at home and laying 6.5 or more you fade. Still a little too early.

so they both have to be ranked 180 or higher? and fade the favorite? 6.5 or more? ty for the response

He had 'pre-system' plays the end of January. A season is 'lost' with about 3 weeks to go. They pack it in. Too many distractions when playing at home in this situation. Playing on road you tend to keep your focus. he argued with his buddy as to when to start it last year. His pre-system plays were like 11-0 or something and he started January 29th or so.

Bad teams playing at home laying more than 6.5 points don't cover at the end of the.season as they lose focus and motivation. Teams that have to get in a bus have a little more motivation (hey, we had to come all the way here we might as well play to win) and have less distractions. Doesn't always work but works enough to play these types of games if you believe the logic behind it.

well....just gonna keep track starting today then..there are a few on the card...gonna 'trial' these..... according to the parameters:

citadel +10

north carolina a+t +9

ark pine bluff opened at +7

got some spare chip...gonna play all these for $100 each gl if you follow!

It's a play against bad teams (>180), playing at home, laying more than 6.5. You take the pup.

But what if the traveling team is just as bad or worse? It seems like they could be even less motivated than the home team to play hard (let's get out of this place as fast as we can so that we can get back to twittering our girlfriends) It seems more logical that given 2 bad teams...the road team will struggle more...but if their is a system that says otherwise, what do i know?

well..thats what makes it gutsy play for sure., texan. i do know they hit pretty good down the strtch and the 'pre' last year were 11 and 0 at the start. gonna give it a whirl here.

yea i think they had some pre picks and someoen monitored ..they went 11 and 0...
