its really hard to go against boston at home thats for sure...im thinking about taking the celts game 1 -2.5 for sure...that number is a slap right in the celtics face considering the environment they have recreated their...i look at this series as a heads up coinflip but that extra game for boston at home pushes them over the edge

I think the Lakers will have too much for them.
 
To me it will come down to the point guard position.
 
While I like Rondo and consider him a rising star, this is some very deep water for a kid like him to be swimming in, especially given that he will be up against the veteran Derek Fisher.
 
For the Celtics to succeed, I have to believe that Sam Cassell's ancient ass will have to give them alot of quality minutes off the bench.
 
Who will guard Kobe? Pierce?  Did you see LeBron drop 45 against him in game 7.  That has to scare any Celtic fan.
 
Too much Kobe, Gasol, Odom, and Fisher.  IMO

yea agree rondo will be a big key cause im not sure cassell has it anymore at all, unless he has been saving it all year lol.
 
as for kobe as crazy as this may sound i think boston as a team matches up with him better than anybody just because of the hard D they play, plus they are really quick rotating to shooters, unlike the slow-ass spurs...sure boston dont have nobody that can play kobe 1 on 1, but who can play this guy, so who cares.
 
KG is the difference in the series for me though...he will completely dominate the defensive and offensive paint...he can shutdown odom or gasol, which ever one is running good will be KG'd....ray allen could also be key, if he can fill it up like he is capable kobe would have to Dup like crazy and this could only benefit boston having to chase him all over.

You show your lack of comprehension of gambling again. If you could flip a coin, 401 times, go 200-201 and earn $17,000, I recommend you try it because that's $17k more than you have.
 
And I can assure you that you couldn't go 250-150 (62.5%) in the NBA betting spreads. If you could, you'd be a millionaire many times over instead of making $10 an hour like you do.

So what your saying is that all I need is a coin and I could make 17K, thats great, because thanks to my $10 per hour, I have a few coins.

No, PGdad, I haven't bet on the series yet, and may not, but now that Tout4kids is here maybe he can offer his insight and we can fade him.  Did you know that he was one of the top 3 NCAA cappers last season, with about 43%?
