why is he in cuffs? he should be banned..he's the one who made the bet..and IMO its quite pathetic that he welch's on it and cant stay away...as he is already back.. his ego which he had becuase of his knowledge for college sports..not betting them as he was average got in the way and he should have to face the consequences..i would think a gambling site it would be understood that when you lose a bet you pay up.
