That's a head scratcher to me old friend. Titans games 8-4 to the under and they've scored 17 or fewer in 8 of 12 games. The Music city guys have only one chance to win and that's to control the clock on offense and double team Hill on defense. It could work. Then again it may not. Good Luck an_cheers
