fuck it... he has the ravens -7 1/2 and 35 1/2  im going to take the ravens for 2 dimes and the under for 2 dimes.

both of my local lines had it at 3.5 so it's not his fault if you think about it.  The rule is that you should have confirmed the lines first before placing your bets.  At least that's how it works where I live.

i said it twice my cell has bad reception where i live. i dont like to use my home line to talk to people or give out my number. so this piece of shit pre paid phone has no reception up here. its all good. i am over it now. i am going to get it back with this game tonight.

with those "dimes" your wagering on games you should just buy a separate cell phone for wagering and then one for personal use, or maybe just call under blocked number...

1.  Get online with a real offshore book.  Many of these locals make a living shading their customers out of a half point here and there, making a teaser bet lose when one of them ties.  All you do is quit betting with them once they pull that.  Going through a "runner" is also risky, they know how you play and often add the point or half point and sometimes win your bet and the bet from the bookie without taking a risk.  Been there, done that, had that done to me.

neil...it seems its alll ur fault...move on...first:why does he call u back to confirm the play? did u get disconnected? and if he was "confirming" the play what line did u get that was getting confirmed as a confirmation usually means u know the line already...usually u say "whats the line for the (name both teams) game".if u told him who u wanted to bet when u asked for a line, of course u are going to get a bad line...sounds like its ur issue not his....

Shit, I get an email from my local, and when I place my bet the n tells me if the line jumped or not. This guy who made this thread is a rookie and not smart.

thats what im trying to say

1. it wasnt a bad line as there are a few books that were at 3.5 at that time

2. its up to u to get the line before u bet so the book cant shade to a side....if u have a book u "trust"that calls u back after u tell them who u are betting then u deserve to get screwed with

3.a bet isnt a bet until it is confirmed and it gets confirmed by the customer not the book....the customer with any call i have ever made has a final readback and the customer has to give their account number and password to confirm the play which is the last thing that happens....that is of course also on a recorded line which resolves 99% of discrepancies....which with dellacroce seems that a true customer confirmation or a recorded line isnt used....again without this u deserve to get beat or have mistakes happen...
