I was thinking of doing the same. I was really looking to fade the cubs mostly for the first part of this season, but taking them here at a price this small is tempting, even if it's their first time out on the road. I do like the Pirates to be a dog that comes through many times this season though.

KOAJ,
Lottery picks don't win games....and Arthur will be a lottery pick when he comes out (most likely after next year)
Memphis' is not "bigger and stronger" they are longer.....it is their length that makes them unique. Also, they are not a highly disciplined team....in fact if you go back and watch them, teams can penetrate past their perimeter D relatively easily. They tend to reach, jump passing lanes and look for steals and blocked shots after defensive breakdowns.
What makes this team unique/great is Rose.....he is hands down the most dynamic freshman this year (yes I know about Beasley, Love, Mayo etc) and his ability to rebound and push, along with his ability to penetrate, pass and finish is unmatched. He has incredible court vision and is surrounded by finishers. I think the emergence of Taggert has taken Memphis to that "next level", because now when Dorsey doesn't like his matchup and choses to tune himself out of the game, Taggert comes in, gives the team rebounding and outside range....and they don't skip a beat.
This line is just about right IMO.....don't sleep on Kansas. I really think this game is a coin flip and both these teams are phenomenal. I haven't been this stoked to see a National Championship game in a long time.
I like Memphis, but not enough to wager on it.
