Yes. I have really been in to stews lately. I am vegan, so I have been perfecting a few different vegetables and bean stews.

Tonight is Moroccan harissa chick pea and brussel sprouts. Mouth watering.

Similar experience here. About 10 years in and not sure how much correlation there is but most facets of my life have significantly improved.
