His smug arrogant smile is him knowing that Zach Wilson is a joke of an NFL and this is a lost season.  Who else are they going to put in at QB, Tim Boyle??? A 29 year-old 3rd-string I've never heard of.  They have a lack of talent at receiver, and I don't even know who their TE is. Bryce Hall is more of a 3rd down and change of pace running back.  This team is poorly put together offensively.  Hopeless and Saleh knows it.

Not sure how the jets can retain his services after refusing to replace Wilson with an even mildly competent QB. 

Most real jets fans can’t sleep at night knowing Josh Dobbs was available for a 6th round pick.

I agree, it is the job of a head coach to set standards and maintain discipline but it seems to me the only thing he's bad at is hiring offensive coaches. That Jet defense is insane and somehow they haven't completely folded after losing Rodgers with Wilson behind center.

He orchestrates the defense. It's all him. I swear, this forum has the collective football knowledge of a hen house.

Not sure BB is deserving of this comment.... he simply pointed out the fact that an NFL owner is > that the Head Coach.  This is true in any NFL organization.  

I also didn't see his post on Bills -7 so there is that little nugget....

He's a fine head coach who has the misfortune of having the worst starting QB in the NFL. If the Jets even had an average QB, they'd be at the top of the division with the Dolphins. Despite this, they're only 2 games back due their defense.

He manages the game well, with some few blunders I can recall; which, for all intents and purposes, is par for the course for a HC on their first contract these days.
