I bought 1/2 point to -3.5. All I needed was 1 free throw. Sick
I speak as a coach On that out of bounds the 2 main things are Catch the ball and protect it. Not catch and dribble After seeing Hubie Brown's clinics and many other coaches once you catch the ball make sure both hands are on it and make the ball touch your bellybutton . You swipe the ball but within your body so they can't tie you up and get a jump ball . You never ever put the ball on the ground to dribble unless you are are totally all alone Even if your all alone do not dribble ever. You know the other team is going to trap you or reach in. You have caught it and your pivot foot isn't moving . Protect and catch . No cross over dribble or take off like last night. I had Kansas -3. Thought they would get a foul .. maybe get a push with a FT or win if he hits both. But the player catches it on the run steps out of bounds and no way am I getting a 1-1 or what is 2 shots. Don't think it was rigged Its called bad basketball IQ . But also the coaches have to practice that. Al McGuire Hubbie and many other coaches always said " end practice everyday on last second plays Full court side, out of bounds ,under the basket etc Don't end practices on FT's and suicide drills . like everyone else. To me its coaching . You are playing the clock not the scoreboard .. hard to teach but if you practice it everyday its easy. take care everyone be careful out there

When ever my team won at the end of a game and we won many.. the newspapers or opposing coach would say some thing like they were lucky etc.. Many of my fans thought St Anthony up in heaven had to do with us winning at the buzzer. And we seemed to be very lucky at the end of games but it was being prepared and practice. I remember Leon Chesire my 6'5 shooting guard hitting a mid court jumper to win an away game . at the buzzer Glass swish . But this kid was uncanny and if he shot 10 from mid court 2 to 3 would go in. glass swish he aimed for the square. His arc was about 10 feet higher then Reggie Miller who had the biggest arc in the NBA. Leon hits the 3 and were down by 2 to win the game Their coach in the papers the next day says " its tough to lose on a lucky shot"
Th next day in practice to start off we ran that play and Leon hit another glass swish . I yelled Lucky and laughed .. because we had worked on that play but maybe Leon was a few feet closer from mid court.. two nights later at halftime he shot another 50-60 foot shot and it was again glass swish. Recruited by over 100 schools he went to a juco dropped out and was involved in a drug deal in NYC. He was in NY state prison for 7 years. What a waste of talent .. but last year he found me on facebook and about a month ago sent me a video of him dancing in NYC with his 3 kids / He weighs over 300 pounds but has a job and family.

Ever since mid-feb. it has been obvious that the bookies have been sharp with the lines in college basketball because they have enough stats to sharpen them on.When we got to the sweet 16 there were at least 12 teams that could be playing for the championship. The line last night bounced from3.5---4.5 and if the last play went to another player there were going to be 2 free throws and everybody covers.
If the Rams don't blow the extra point......everybody wins.
Luck-the residue of design.
