Ed, I'm happy I knew who it was. My brother is an adviser and hates the guy too, everybody with half a clue seems to. I remember seeing his meltdown last year over the mortgage debacle.

joepa, I get along with both of you to be honest, yet I remember the thread in question and I can see why Seahawk is miffed. Back when I wasnt a MOD, rules used to be more lax and people would homosexual bash and make personal attacks more and some were made at me..I didnt forget those as I have people I know who are and have died from AIDS..so it is a touchy subject. I can see why he was mad..its a touchy subject and you were a little insensitive, and so I understand.

You cannot get along with everyone on this site..I have probably 20 people who really dislike me and that is fine, just be respectful when you get out and try not to intentionally cause a fight.

Get a rain poncho and get on the course. A few yrs ago on a trip back I went to Murray Parkway with a friend and it was SNOWING on the 3rd hole and I have golfed in garbage..if the temp isnt too low, just go anyway.

In all seriousness the investments forum is the greatest unknown area on the site..great stuff goes in there, lots of mature people exchange great ideas.

And according to some that is all I am good for on the site, but alas some never get to take advantage of my SKILLZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yeah Cramerica is a total fraud and a waste of time..I read while getting this avatar that CNBS signed him to a multi year extention..just lovely.

My interests in investments is minimal, my brother does all that sort of stuff for me. I do know that a lot of the stuff I do has parallels to way that industry works.

Cramer obviously brings in viewers. Thankfully for me, the rare times that I flick it over to CNBC here they flick to the Asia Pacific trading day before he comes on

wall steet,  yesterday it was 93  played in that scramble at HAFB,  thur is supposed to be 53 and snow.  WTF  last month i was playing and it had flurries on hole 10 and on  hole 12  it was sunny.   by the way that scramble was sweet won a pair of brand new foot joys and a few other prices.  would have won the long drive but my taylor made didn't make the fairway.  oh well   bigger fish to fry october 18, long drive contest in mesquite of all places.  i will let you know when it is,  its televised on ESPN in december.  maybe i will put a pic of seahawks  260 lb women on my ball and hopefully hit it  120 yards longer than her weight. that's 380 hawk  that's alot of math for a luckeye.         BTW  winning drive at 7200 feet Laramie   418  can you believe that shit.   and also the senior drive which starts at age 45 was 390  long drive for the open by i believe zuback was 379

It was 4.16 but it doesnt matter, Q1 was before the BDI was on fire..

Q2 is going to be a monster, then next year they have Ocean Rig which will hit the bottom line..etc etc etc.

Second, even if the brother is in charge, you should know what he is doing and why. Anything I can do let me know.

You have to take out the sale of ships..plus George hedges currency and spot risk, so the real number was 4.13 which was still great.

Pull up a quote on the BDI and see what I am saying..
