chris spielman said exactly this wash. shoulh have sold out to stop the run! not have two deep safetys split the field...they should have had one deep,corners soft-man, & 8 in the box 44-stacked! to stop the run, if and then it would have been another short routine gainer,and baylor would have knelt it down in a v-form. to end the game! wash. also fuck themselves with a horrible 4th down sideline pass play after a timeout,sarks a decent coached can't believe he couldnt come up with a better play,and a better blocking scheme on that particular play after a timeout knowing full and well the ends would be comiing of the edge hard..tight over the middle or even a screen play would have given them a shot,or a shovel or delay draw that they ran,with great success twice during this game. on top of the fact the special teams snafu,what the hell is a bigass galoot blocking idiot doing back there in the first place trying to run back a kick!! the special teams coach should get ripped for that fucking comical episode, and then as big & brave as he was to field the squib was pretty amazing for a big fucking galoot catching a banana! he was'nt strong enough to hold on to the ball!  what was he thinking? did he think he was gonna return it 65 yards for a touchdown?  fucking smartest thing he could have done was fall on his fat-eating pie-hole,cause their was just under 3min. left in the game! and eternity in a collegiate game to still get a backdoor as it should have been, cause with a two score cushion baylor would have play even more softer d as the game was already in hand!  like it was for washington for most of the game if nick holt could have told his apes that the guys in green was bananas so tackle them you dumb monkeys!! they definitely need to go fundamental tackling 101 class! cause they looked like a peewee squad,mind you baylor's offense is explosive, for the most part the effort was there, but the form tackles were not!!  thats the lifeblood of a great defense!!
